We meet with you at your home to listen to your wishes and must haves. We ask questions, share our thoughts, and discuss your investment range.
PAID DESIGN PACKAGE
Based on the consult, our architectural designer and draftsperson create a plan for your space, including 3D renderings. Our interior designer collaborates with you to make product selections.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
You receive accurate costs, timelines, and expectations based on the design and selections that you approved.
PHASE II: CONSTRUCTION
PREPARE
We order materials and create an online project schedule. Download the JobTread App to access schedules, progress pictures, and the budget tracker.
CONSTRUCT
Starting with dust control procedures through final inspections, we oversee the details of your project every step of the way.
FINALIZE
Your space is now perfectly polished and ready for you to enjoy. This is not the end of our relationship, we are always just a phone call, text, or email away.
